French Chef at Home

My wife and i hired chef Julia for our house warming party, we couldn’t have choose a better chef! We were supposed to go to france during the pandemic, so we thought that bringing a French chef to our house would be a little taste of our cancel trip. All our guests are still talking about how delicious the food was, beautifully platted, definitely some flavors we had never tried before. Julia was easy to work with, we emailed back and force, she helped us with our menu choices, also paired the French wines for us! Highly recommend French chef at home for you next event!

I’ve hired Chef Julia twice based on online reviews and have an upcoming event she will be catering. Julia is very easy to work with and has an extensive menu. When I haven’t been able to decide, she has prepared surprise courses that have been exceptional. She has extensive knowledge of French cuisine and radiates passion for what she does. Each time that Julia has catered a dinner party at my house has been an amazing “food event.” No restaurant can compare to Chef Julia’s talents and great personable attention to your event.

Chef Julia is a true delight. It was the second time our group of friends had her cook for us and it was spectacular. We had two nights in a row of her specialties and wanted more. She showed up 3-4 hours before, prepped and organized in our kitchen with all of her materials with the support of a sous chef. She was professional, kind, sincere, fun, and always smiling and laughing - it was hard not to laugh in her presence. What a joy! Night one was a quinoa appetizer, main was wild halibut and two forms of sweet potato and desert was a poached pear. Night two was grilled shrimp lettuce starter, sea scallops and pea puree and our birthday desert was a framboisier (french for raspberries) dessert. All in all she's a 12 out of 10! Love Chef Julia. Here's to next year in May (again!).
